On-Site Training
Bring Us Directly to Your
Facility! Classes Can Be Scheduled For As Few as 3 Students.
WJDA On-Site Training:
Since 1988, WJDA Training has taken its classes on
the road, bringing them to manufacturing facilities across the United States.
More than 50 percent of the engineers and technicians WJDA has assisted with
training have done so without leaving home.
"With On-Site training you can get your employees up and running faster."
On-Site training has several advantages. Courses can be scheduled around slow
periods or offered repeatedly to get a large group trained quickly. And On-Site
training can shave one-third off the cost of Off-Site training if at least six
people are enrolled in a class.
These days employees have after work responsibilities that can make not only
traveling for training difficult, but also training outside of normal work
hours. Other times, it is hard for some staffers to train off site, because they
are needed in emergencies.
"You have to consider travel fare, hotel costs, and time for travel- which is
more time away from the plant. That can really add up, especially if you need to
train a group of people."
A Few Of The Advantages Of
Bringing Us Directly to Your Facility!:
- Considerable cost savings.
- Training is scheduled for your
convenience (e.g., shift work, vacations, plant shutdowns). We will cooperate in
selecting the best date and time.
- Key employees remain "available for an
emergency."
- No lost travel time.
- Savings on travel expenses.
- More
employees trained consistently, in a shorter time period.
- Content can be
customized to meet your specific training requirements.
