ON-SITE TRAINING SEMINARS

Bring Us Directly to Your Facility! Classes Can Be Scheduled For As Few as 3 Students.

The length of the course and the material covered can be tailored to your specific needs.

On-Site Training:

Training costs can quickly rise when one or more individuals are sent to a remote location to attend a training course. It is often tempting to allow employees to learn through trial and error, but this is also a waste of time and money. A simple solution to such a logistical problem is the WJDA on-site training services.

Since 1987, WJDA has taken its classes on the road, bringing them to various facilities across the United States. More than 50 percent of the engineers and technicians WJDA has assisted with training have done so without leaving home.

These days, employees may have after work responsibilities that can make traveling for training difficult, also training outside of normal work hours may be inconvenient. Other times, it is hard for some staffers to train off site, because they are needed in emergencies.

A Few Of The Benefits Of Bringing Us Directly to Your Facility!:

  • Flexible location - at your facility, in your training center, at an area hotel
  • Flexible schedule can be adapted to your facilities needs (e.g., shift work, vacations, plant shutdowns, etc.) We will cooperate in selecting the best date and time that works best for your employees.
  • Free! pre- and post-tests that measure your students' knowledge gain and demonstrate the value of WJDA training solutions
  • Dedicated instructor emphasizing hands-on, job-related training relevant to your employees' skill and knowledge needs as well as your requirements
  • Adjustment of training content based on students' prerequisite and current skill levels
  • Overall training cost-savings — eliminate travel expenses incurred with sending employees to off-site training
  • Employees that attend the same training and learn the same information
  • Your employees are available if a facility emergency would occur
